List of Tax Agents

A person, partnership or company is not entitled to charge a fee for preparing an income tax return or transacting business on behalf of a taxpayer in taxation matters unless they are registered as a tax agent with the Tax Agents' Board.

This is a register of tax agents who were registered with the Board as at 22 June 2009. The register provides the following details for each tax agent:

• The registered name of the tax agent.
• The practice name of the tax agent.
• Each address at which the tax agent practises as a registered tax agent.
• The state in which the tax agent is registered.

Some Tax Agents may have more than one address.

Further information about an agent is also available by selecting their registered name from the list of search results displayed. This information includes:

• All nominees' names.
• The end date of any current suspension.
